Our entire experience with Los Angeles Diamond Factory was wonderful! We went in with only a picture we found online and an idea, without much knowledge or direction; and a few weeks later, the love of my life put the ring of my dreams on my finger. Mervyn is the best! He is very nice and very friendly (also he always gives you some extra chocolate if you're nice to him ;) ). My husband and I got our wedding bands and my engagement ring there and we had an amazing experience. They helped us figure out what we wanted and they created rings that truly represent us.
